Oversized and overweight items require a Common Carrier Delivery or truck delivery, additional shipping charges apply.These are tailgate deliveries.Trucking companies require customer to provide assistance in unloading merchandise from truck.Customer should have help with unloading merchandise family member, friend or neighbor.Deliveries must be signed for by the homeowner.
If there is visible or concealed damage on merchandise, it must be reported to the driver immediately.Note any damage on the bill of lading.If damage is not noted on the bill of lading, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the freight company. Damaged merchandise must be reported to 4 Seasons Fun Store (a division of Colley's Pools & Spas) within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged products should be kept in the original packing. Please call for instruction.
-------FREIGHT SHIPMENTS-------
Oversized and overweight products are shipped by common carrier (a big truck). Someone must be home to sign for shipment. Driver will assist with taking product off the truck. A lift gate can be provided at an additional charge to customer.
4 Seasons Fun Store (a division of Colley's Pools & Spas) reserves the right to substitute products of similar quality or color. Product may vary from color of image on-line, different manufactures and are subject to quantities on hand.
All Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of product. All returns must be pre-approved by a customer service representative of 4 Seasons Fun Store (a division of Colley's Pools & Spas) prior to return. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must have a return authorization number clearly written on the box being returned. Returns should be sent to 4953 Camp Rd, Hamburg, NY 14075. Customer should return product via traceable method. Items returned without proper authorization may experience delays in resolution, All returns must be unused, clean, dry and in original packaging. Original, (actual) shipping costs are NOT refundable; return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Swimming pool liners may NOT be returned for credit if the liner has been opened, unfolded or used. NO returns will be accepted on spa parts, snowmobile parts, ATV parts, replacement pool motors and chemicals. Return policy doesn't apply to any custom or special order item. Special order items or custom items will be accepted for manufacturer's defects only.
